Willis Re offers an immediate premium processing service, covering initial billing, monitoring and payment of premium, all in accordance with contract terms and conditions. This service also includes the preparation and calculation of all contract adjustments.

We are also able to offer simultaneous calculation and reporting of reinstatement premiums with claim settlement requests.

Pro-rata Technical Accounting

Willis Re's expertise in handling proportional treaty business means that our client service teams are able to offer technical advice and support to clients with respect to the preparation of their treaty accounts, including the calculation and apportionment of premiums and claims.

We are skilled in the negotiation and prompt collection of cash calls and also have considerable expertise in the area of commutations, where we are able to offer practical advice and assistance.

Financial Accounting

As a truly client-focused organization, Willis Re's accounting and settlement services reside within our client service teams, where dedicated account controllers provide our clients with a single point of contact for all financial and accounting issues.


Each account controller is highly trained and must pass a rigorous test before assuming responsibility for any accounts. They are also subject to regular reviews and audits, which ensures ongoing compliance with internal and external accounting regulations and guidelines.

Our account controllers are primarily responsible for maintaining accounting ledgers and managing cash receipts and payments; and we are able to offer either periodic or flexible production of statements, depending on the client's preference.
